Their reviews online are poor and now I know why. I dropped off 4 watches for repair, two of which needed just lubricated and were worked on 6 months prior to being dropped off. I was told to wait until I received a call saying the watches were ready, I never received one call from anyone at McGiverns; I did all the calling even to OK the quotes on the watches. The owner Willie McGivern claimed he was making sure they were working (for two whole days). When I finally went in to pick up the last 2 watches I was upset bc they did work on it I did not OK even though I was explicit in requesting a call before any more work needs to be done. Also one of the watches had deep gauges on the bezel that wasn't there before. Then to ice the already terrible cake the owner Willie McGivern got upset, raises his voice, called my comments "bullshit", and threatened to kick me out bc I was upset they did not following through on the calls and repairs. Horrid service and I will never take anything to this jewelry store again.NOTE: I just received a phone call from the owner demanding I pick up the watches "NOW!" after reading the review (caps and exclamation point denote tone used by owner).
