Boarded our dog here for a weekend. I always measure out the amount of food he needs. When we got him back he still had half his food left. Either they fed him only once a day, or they only fed him half the amount per serving that I specified. Either way it's completely unacceptable. I wouldn't trust any pet to these people ever again.

I would perfer to take my dog to somewhere else, where they don't have a bunch of young kids taking care of my pet. Ones that aren't in a big hurry to get out of there. My dogs needs gentle loving care. They don't even take the time to play with them. They are left in the cage until its time to go potty, and right back in. The employees are just to busy cleaning and trying to make the manger happy..you only see the owner one day a week. How does she know what is going on when she is not there. My dogs food schedule was changed without my notice or permission. They said that they ran out of the food that I had brought. This did not make me happy.
