Worst place I have ever taken my dog. She didn't look clean or smell clean after her bath. I doubted that her teeth were brushed or her ears cleaned or anything. They only had her about 15 minutes before they called me to say she was done. Her nails were even cut all crooked. First time there and last time there.

I took my dog here to get groomed and I was really happy with the experience there. I came in and the groomer actually came out to greet me and meet my dog. She got down with her and started petting her and playing with her a little to get her comfortable. It was my dogs first time being groomed there ever and I was a little worried how she would be. I watched her through the window and the groomer was talking to her and smiling pretty much the whole time. She definitely made the experience good for her. I even got a discount on the groom because it was my first time there. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and I actually did. One extra thing that I thought was cool was the groomer new a lot about food and even offered to bring what I told her I buy to the front for me so it would be ready when I picked my dog up later. It was overall just a great experience.
