Relocation Reps "pretends" to be a rental property manager, but has no authority to make any decisions. When we rented our house, the entire place was dirty head to toe, with a promise from the lady that had us sign the lease that we could make a list and they would fix all the broken things.

Everything we have asked for to be fixed was like pulling teeth. Relocation Reps is horribly unresponsive and I would recommend reconsidering renting anything that they manage because of the terrible personnel there from the bottom to the top, and what I mean by that is, all 2 employees. Mr. Jason Young is the owner of the company and you are better off not doing business with him.
