Please do not move here. They are infested with bed bugs and won't do anything about it. The property manager swear they never had bed bug problems before and will make it seem like you brought them with you but they have other reviews about them and anytime I mention that I live here to someone I'm told that people move because of bed bugs. I've reported the bed bugs to the office they only come and have the maintenance men spray with 91% alcohol instead of calling the real exterminators. Me and my family was bitten every night until the day I moved. I had to throw away everything I owned. The carpet is filthy never was cleaned before I moved in, there were holes in the doors and floors. Please stay away from this place they only care about money and not the people who actually rent from them!

Horrible place to live! Bedbugs and an office manager in denial. My family complained for months, we were finally forced to move when our children stopped sleeping. We lost everything that couldn't fit into a washer and dryer.

Let's get started the management is incompetent they tell you what you want to hear when we moved in the back door was kicked in we called them six to eight times and this went on for one month so I decided to fix it my self then we had a leak in the kitchen we called we were told the maintenance guy will be over soon he came over four days later he didn't do he told us that something just fix themselves the maintenance guys are rude a five years old can do better we didn't get a night of sleep loud music every other day if you are looking for a apartment I would look elsewhere this is not the place for you

I HATE living here! I needed an apartment fast due to my accepting a job offer in the Quad Cities (I was living in Des Moines at the time). Although the apartment was a bit run down (ratty carpet, scuffed doors, etc.), I accepted the apartment because I was promised that the building was quiet ... Since I've moved in, I haven't had a full night's sleep. I don't mind neighborhood children playing outdoors, but jumping children in the apartment above mine is torture! Plus, having to put up with rap music blaring til late in the night is maddening. The tenants are defiant, making even more noise when they're asked to turn it down. And two calls to the rental office hasn't helped at all. The only plus is that the lease is by the month instead of yearly; the first chance I get I'm leaving this place.
