Their menu doesn't seem that fabulous. The food is average. The customers allude themselves that they are being fancy. It's in a strip mall. Is this a sports bar or cafe?

We didn't have reservations (our fault), and agreed to wait at the bar for "25 to 35 minutes" which turned into an hour and 15 minutes, without any word from the staff about the wait. Apparently a party of 4 is impossible to seat (all the couples that came in around us seemed to have no problem getting seated). They did comp our appetizer - which was delicious. Our waiter was friendly and apologetic, but it took another 25 minutes just to bring our drinks and take our order and we waited another 45 minutes to get our food - we wound up having to rush our dinner and skip dessert because we had been at the restaurant for 2 and a half hours and had somewhere else to be.



I guess the food was okay, but the menu wasn't very imaginative and I've definitely had better from some of the chains in that immediate area.



For the hype, very disappointing. If you're in the area, go to Granite City instead (even if they tell you the wait is longer).
