Went in there not too long ago to return something that was never opened with the receipt in my hand, the young girl at the cosmetics counter said we don't usually give money back just a gift card, so she handed me one, then when I got home I called the Mnager & asked him if they give you a refund & he said yes as long as you have your receipt, I told him I did but the young girl said that you guys didn't give cash back & she gave me a Walgreens gift card instead. He told me he would have a talk with her. Anyway, never will do my business there again. I'll go to another Walgreens where I've never had any issues, but this young thing working there needs to be a little more educated when it comes to refunds & learn to stop pressuring people by telling them they have to have a walgreens gift card because they never give a cash refund back. Never heard of that one before & because of that, they just lost my business.

Thanks for caring!! With the recent change over with a local doc, I know it has been crazy, but not too crazy for the pharmasist to stop twice to take care of my delima and explain why, and all for my safety!! Thank You!!! I always use Walgreens, no matter what town!
