Bad experience. They charge twice what other Salons I have been to do for a pedicure. Their nail techs were nice but couldn't do any detail work. They also charged us more then we were quoted and front desk couldn't care less about the discrepancy. But their new policy about only allowing cash tips wasn't explained over the phone so you are forced to use their trashy looking ATM in the lobby to get money out at a fee to you. I have know two people who got horrible hair dos for weddings and a couple of people that got a bad massage. Oh yeah and you feel like you are in a closet in the pedicure room.

I'm a big fan, even if I can't get into my usual favorite Brittany Herbert, I still always leave happy with my hair! I've been a customer for years at WW. Would recommend! I always feel like the prices are very fair.

Even though I have only been to this salon 2 times - I was not impressed with the pedicure I received. After how high the pricing was - the techincian was not into providing such a service. The paint job was not so great and didn't last a day. The massage was pretty good. I would have liked the therapist to ask me more questions though of what areas I wanted more work on and ask how the pressure she was applying. I should not have to continue to ask her all the time.The faclity is very nice and seems fance, prices are pretty high - so you would think you would receive outstanding service.Bit disapointed.

^^^^ as stated above $130 for an inch taken off the back, and 2 inches of highlights to meet the old ones. GREAT VALUE.
