AVOID AT ALL COSTS! They said: we'll do A, B C and D for Y amount ...but by the end they only did A and wanted 3x the original quote. And perhaps even worse, they're completely incompetent and managed to make me feel like a professional despite the fact that I know next to nothing about AC repair.

I was quoted a price of $39.95...

I was quoted a price of $39.95 to "thoroughly" clean a maximum of seven AC vents. My apartment only has 4 vents. When the technician came, the first thing he said was "I need to check your vents to give you a price quote." I explained to him that I already had a price quote and he once again rudely stated "I don't care you were quoted before. I will give you the quote." After inspecting my 4 vents, he proceeded to quote me over $200. I immediately declined and he left mad as if I was wrong for not accepting his bait and switch. Luckily I had seen a report on Dateline uncovering this exact scenario. Don't be fooled. These guys are scammers! They tell you one price on the phone then change it once they are in your home.

Great Service and the results ...

Great Service and the results were FANTASTIC. They got our house back to normal after water damaged our A/C unit’s ventilation. Mold developed so bad that we had to leave the house and live in a hotel due to breathing problems. The technician explained the issues and services to us clearly. My family and I are back home and can breathe easy again.

Got my air duct cleaned the other day from a company Air Quality & Ac. I can’t believe how much of a difference that it made on my allergies. Should have called them sooner. If you have allergies problems then you should try their cleaning service.

Air Quality & A/C (Davie)came to my house on 1/2/2012 when my air wasnt coming out of vents. THe guy sold me 2 parts, a contactor and a capacitor, that i later looked up(less than $20 for both), and 2.5 lbs. of freon for 375.00 It started and he left after I paid him. We had a Coldfront since the 2nd so we didnt need to run a/c. Turned on tonight (7 days later)and guess, yep...didnt blow through vent. Now they tell me they will not cover it and I need a motor. The same motor the guy pushed to start and said it was fine. Company said well it worked when we left, I said, well it is doing the same thing it did the day you came to fix it, only difference is they have my 375.00 and I still have no A/C. The "customer service/dispatcher/co owner "Eli" yelled at me when I first called saying they wont cover what they did and then offered to do me a favor and fix the motor and the "favor" was to charge me another $350 and job would take 2 hours. My husband called him and got no better results. I cut my loss and Called my old faithful company (closed on 1/2/12) Munson's A/C and he came out and in less than 20 minutes he put in the motor, changed a capacitor. All for $325, and no "favor", just good honest work. I will be reporting this to the BBB and the State. BTW, I found this company on Craigslist. Consumer affairs said they were not licensed in this area and were under another name in Orlando, so beware!

I got great service and lots o...

I got great service and lots of help from Curtis and he came back to fix the A/C

every time the old thing gave up or had new issues.

He gave good advice and solutions for my two old central A/C units problems

and gave me fair quotes.

I would recommend him to friends and family but I certainly would tell them to

ask for him. He knows a lot.

EXTREMELY PUSHY SALES

I used a coupon for duct cleaning. They did not explain all the additional costs when I called to inquire. The advertisement listed a price for cleaning and seven vents. Be prepared to shell out for additional vents AND receivers. I had an obnoxiously pushy salesman named Sam. He showed me every dirty duct. I get his point. The whole reason why I called was because I knew they need cleaning. He then spent the remainder of his time trying to sell me a new air conditioner. Why would I spent thousands on a new AC when mine works? He also tried to sell me a maintenance program for over $700. Why would I spent $700 on maintenance when you just told me I needed a new system? The sales man then proceeded to give me a guilt trip that our system is not up to quality and how it can affect the health of my unborn child. He was very insulting. This company is awful and the coupon is their way in to sell you more services and products. It's not worth the aggravation. When it comes time for me to consider an AC vendor for a new system, they will not be on my call list. I would give No stars, but that is not an option.

First, the promotion that you called us about (Deep Cleaning Special) very clearly specified that the first 7 vents in the home were charged at a promotional price and each additional vent was $11.99. Every single one of our advertised packages is very clear to avoid any confusions. We have never advertised that package without disclosing any additional charges. Second, the existing York A/C unit in your home is from 1991, meaning that the unit is 20 years old. As you can see in your invoice, the technician gave you 3 different choices. The first choice was to perform a duct cleaning (the promotion you called about and the service that was performed). The second choice was a complete rejuvenation of the air handler (what you called a maintenance program). Then, the third choice was a new A/C unit. There are no prices listed on the invoice, suggesting that the technician did not talk to you in extensive detail about this choice. Based on the age of the system and the poor condition that the technicians found it, it is very likely that any other A/C company would discuss with you changing your A/C unit in the near future. Based on the technician's recollection from their visit, your husband agreed with them that the A/C unit needed to be replaced. Your husband even wondered why you wanted to pay for a duct cleaning given the condition of the A/C unit. However, your family had other pressing expenses including extensive changes to your landscaping. As much as we appreciate constructive criticism from our clients, we also appreciate honest reviews about our company. As part of our costumer satisfaction policy, we tried to e-mail you asking your opinion about the service. However, you failed to write the complete e-mail address and we were not able to send it. We pride ourselves in making sure that our costumers are completely satisfied with our technicians, services and workmanship. Knowledgeable and friendly technicians

I am writing this review to let you know that I am totally satisfied with the work that was done to clean and sanitize my air duct system and I believe that the installation of the ultraviolet light will help prevent the future occurrence of mold and mildew.
