I am now on my 2nd "open box" LED TV. (It seems to be the only TV's they have) I have made 4 trips to the store and I am probably going to have to make a 5th. Absolutely horrible experience! The salesman were nice while they were trying to make the sale (the few times I saw them, they have a habit of saying I'll be right back and taking 20-30 minutes), as soon as I walked out of the store (for the 2nd time) the courteousness ended! I have had to file a complaint with the corporate office. All I can say is after spending so much money at this store I can assure you that I will NEVER give them another sale. Not even a battery.
