One rainy Sunday evening in South Florida, we discovered our tire had a flat. Unfortunately, the issue was related to a broken valve stem, so we couldn't inflate the tire and drive it anywhere. We called Triple A, who couldn't remedy the situation either. They simply wanted to tow us to an auto repair shop, where we could have to wait Monday morning to have the repair done. We needed to go to work in Miami early the next day, and couldn't afford to miss the hours. We were distraught as absolutely no one was open on Sunday night to assist us, except for a few schisters we came across who wanted to charge us more than our attorney charges per hour, for their inconvenience at this time and day. Enter Diego and D&D Tire Service, our heroes. We found Diego online, and were pleasantly impressed when speaking with him. He is a sharp man who knows what he is doing. He didn't try to charge us exorbitant "overtime" rates. His crew arrived in 45 minutes in the pouring rain, and replaced our broken valve in our parking lot.



They were done in 10 minutes flat. Seriously, D&D could work for Nascar. The prices were much less and much fairer than any other mobile auto repair service, their work top notch, and the customer service was superior. Diego even called us personally when the work was complete to be certain we were satisfied with his crew's services.



We will definitely use Diego in the future, and highly recommend him and his crew to any prospective customers. Thanks again!
