It's a big showroom, so you'd think there'd be a lot of staff. Unfortunately, there's no one to be found. I could have filled my pockets and been out the door ten times before I finally found an employee. After finally getting someone to "help" me, I kept hearing somebody from the back office screaming and yelling. It wouldn't have been a big deal had it not gone on for my entire visit there (about 30 minutes). I would have figured somebody was getting fired and screaming in protest, but as it turns out, it was the general manager of the store, Jim Cagiano. He came storming out like a 5 year old having a tantrum and then tried to politely introduce himself to me. He reeked of "used cars salesman" after hearing what I was looking for.

Luckily for me, I found what I was looking for...but decided to buy it online since it was much cheaper. Thanks FanShack / Shack Design Group / whatever you're calling yourself these days. I could have never made my online purchase from somebody else had it not been for you allowing me to see it in person first.



Stay as far away as possible.
