The refrigerator I purchased here was disassembled (doors were removed) at the shop. The owner said this was to save space. My delivery was first cancelled and rescheduled because they had lost the hardware for the doors. Then my refrigerator was delivered, but still unassembled! Okay, I acquiesced, when I was told that is how I saw it and that is how it is! But then I discovered that 5 door bins and the bottom grill were not delivered. The refrigerator also had scratches that were not there when I bought it. When I called to request the rest of the parts, I was treated to an ongoing huge fiasco. I was variously told (by the husband) that they would pick the item up and refund. Then I was called (by the husband) and he apologized and said he had found the bins. He asked if I would still accept the refrigerator. When I asked how many bins, he said 3. When I told him there were 5 he got angry at his son and said maybe they were in the truck and he would call me back after they looked for them more. I got no call back that day. Then, the wife texted me the next day and said they will look but there are no guarantees and she would take another 5 days to find the bins, etc. So, I requested the refund I was offered by the husband instead, because this project needed to be done 4 days ago already. Apparently, the wife decided not to honor the husband's agreement. The wife seemed like a lovely person. I don't know why she won't be honest in her business dealings. Fine lesson for her daughter who also worked at the shop. If you buy here, please use a credit card! Protect yourself! Don't let Ann's superficial niceness persuade you to think she is honorable.
