They allow time for open gym so Athletes can train or cross train. I have seen some of the areas Top Freerunners at open gym. Great Facility.

My son has have more fun at Nova Gymnastics than at any othe activity we have ever enrolled him in. They think he is very strong and might have a chance to join the boys team. We also hope to enroll him in summer camp too, it looks like fun.

This great Gymnastics School has been around for a very long time. Nova runs their program with old fashioned hard work and it shows. The children come out of class tired and smiling. What is often overlooked in other gym schools, Nova Gymnastics uses good customer service to keep their customers happy and returning. Recommended for all levels, both recreational and competitive athletes will find a home here for a long time. We have been to other Gyms and this is the best for our kids.
