I love the Pilates Design Studio. I've tried several different work outs and fitness fads but pilates is the real thing. The variety of classes offered, the small class size and the friendliness of the instructor is a winning combination unique to the Pilates Design Studio. Each class is challenging in a different way and I love having the opportunity to choose between so many classes to keep my workout new and exciting. i was so happy with this place, the instructor is awesome and makes me push myself. i feel great here and am so happy with the results and how i feel when i leave. Pat is the best ever, thanks for everything!

When i first started taking classes i felt shy but the instructor pat really made me feel comfortable and confident while taking class. I brought my husband to a class and he loved it too! now we both come together!Thanks Pat!!
