I had my wedding ceremony outside in their gazebo. Upon my contract the banquet manager said the grass would be cut, leaves blown, etc. She also said she would be there in case I needed anything arranged or put out at the site for the ceremony. She was not there....nor were the leaves blown, or the grass cut. There was also supposed to be signs posted for guests to know where the ceremony would be and there were none. So many of my guests missed the ceremony. We tried to get someone at the country club to help us at the time and they said there was nothing they could do. When I called her 2 days later she never returned my phone call. Horrible customer service!!!!
