I have been there twice now and both times received prompt, thorough service. Not only is it much cheaper than a trip to the ER for injuries but about an 1/8th of the time and hassle. Both children taken there had Xrays done and were treated in less than an hour. Try getting that done in a hospital setting.

The Doctor in this place is wonderful! Very kind and knows what he's doing. I like the fact that you know up front what everything will cost. I will go there again!

Had little to no wait. Dr. was very thorough, informative, and spoke in layman's terms!! Not all those confusing medical terms that go over your head. Staff was extremely, helpful, truly concerned and caring. Made me feel comfortable and even made me laugh.



Overall great experience. Highly recommend.

After researching all of the walk in type clinics within a 20 mile area, ie, calling to find out pricing, checking the doctors with the Florida Licensing portal for MDs, checking on feedback from users online, etc...I chose this practice to go to today...and I am very glad I did.



Unlike the cool reception presented over the telephone by the front office staff at other locations, the staff here was efficient, friendly and professional. I was in one of the exam rooms in less than 15 minutes.



After preliminary data collection by a nurse...ie, temp, BP, weight, strep throat culture, oxygen level stat, etc, the physician came in within five minutes.



Dr. Sood who is the actual owner of the practice throughly explained the process involved with my flu/sinus/exhaustion issue and how without the proper care the illness would probably escalate. With each direction he advised, he explained 'why'...ie, ' don't blow nose too severely and too often or potentially will cause more inflammation, push mucous further up and out, and become more problematic than his suggestion, i.e. saline spray according to his directions...After much education on what to do 'right', he prescribed medication which he said would make me feel significantly improved within 24-48 hours. I wish I had not waited so long to see a doctor. Im very glad I choose this practice and recommend it highly based on my experience. Sunny

The wait time was less than 30 minutes and I was in and out.. everyone was very friendly and professional.. i will not go to the ER again..
