They deserve ******ZERO ****** THEY WILL STOLE YOUR MONEY . If you try to buy a home even if it is cash through a private owner they will declined your application. They only want you to buy the home they are selling. I've been trying to sale my house for 5 years.Good luck to all you private sellers, the staff and owner are out to only sell you homes they own and have re furbished ! SCAM SCAM SCAM

Not a place we would recommend any one buy. You pay property taxes on property you don't own. Lot rent is high. Management is very unprofessional as well as the ownership. They are rude and unreasonable! They claim to have certain amenities but for example our game room is being used for storage. The rules are selectively enforced as well. You rent the lot but you have to maintain it and to their unreasonable and unfair standards.

This business deserves a star rating of ZERO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The staff is rude with the exception of Tom who is lovely to deal with. The rest of the staff are all out to make commission on the homes for sale by the owner Dale. I tried to buy a home (cash deal) through a private owner and they declined my application because I had a prior bankrupcy because I had lost my job. I have excellent work history and have re established my credit. The staff member Amber told me that If I buy a home that they were selling the owner Dale would approve my credit because he would make money off of one of their homes. The place is beautiful but the staff are like used car salesman. Beware before you even think about buying here. Danille in the Administrative office was extremley rude and when I asked for a copy of the basis of them turning me down, she rudly said. & quote ";you'll get a letter in the mail" ! NO customer service unless your buying one of their homes. Good luck to all you private sellers, the staff and owner are out to only sell you homes they own and have re furbished !
