Lens popped out of frame after hours of receiving replacement. Being 08/31/2007 Friday after 5:00PM and not open 'till Tues, I visited a different optical place next day, I'm told the replacement lenses look like they were jammed on to the replaced frames, and needed to be ground down in order to fit properly. The tension will cause the lenses to continue to eject. Fortunately, I saved a pair of glasses from years past.

This complaint originated from peeled frames.

Suspect, Kevin took it upon himself to jam old lenses on to frames already in the shop, realizing the order could not be filled by his supplier. Also, replaced frames were of superior quality than one provided by Kevin.

This is a $334 purchase. Progressive, transitional, policarbon.
