They have great service and they put effort in to fixing your car!

I sent my 2006 Accord to this garage and then read the ratings. I must say, I think that these guys are getting a bad rap. The gentleman (Ed) that came to tow my car was polite and friendly. The quote that I was given was reasonable and it is exactly what I was charged, When I went to pick up my car everyone was polite and professional. I would recommend this garage and I will use them again if I have any more problems.

Stay away from this business, they are scam artists of the first order. Delayed, Delayed claiming parts were not available, when they certainly were through dealership, then claimed wrong parts were ordered and then wanted to charge thousands of dollars for vehicle storage. If you must do business with them make sure that you have a contract and have your attorney review it.



Additionally, the young female manager has a potty mouth, would make a sailor blush!!

I wish I had seen this review (about the Mini) BEFORE dealing with Surefire. Very unpleasant dealing with the unquestionable "snotty-nosed" unprofessional interfacing with customers. This has to be the most unprofessional, unconcerned business I have ever dealt with, ever!!! They have had my car since before Thanksgiving 2011 and have nowwent over the estimate by 26% and now demand entire balance by next week. They threated me today with a lien if I do not pay by next week. I tried to give them money today and they (snotty-nose) refused money. Let me ask....would any business refuse money from a customer??? Unbelievable!!!! Please do not take your car here!!! very questionable business practices. My car was towed there, so I was a captive customer, especially when they threatened me with storage fees if I took the car for a second opinion(extortion?). Avoid this place at all "costs". I learned the hardway!!!!

I took my Mini to these people a few weeks back and it was a nightmare. I caught them in numerous lies red handed when I showed up unannounced. The owner lets his snotty daughter run the office. She looks like she's 19. She mouths off to customers and spouts off lies. A job they told me would take 3 days ended up taking 11 days. They took 11 days to change a supercharger! They promised the car would be ready the next day 7 times. DO NOT take your car here. This is the most unprofessional business I have ever come across. There is no accountability and nothing is ever anyone's fault. Save yourself a lot of money and heartache. Stay away from this place! I will be filling a complaint with BBB.
