Horrible Experience! Save your money!!!

Well where should I start. I guess that my wife and I should have known from the start, the first time we met with Max and he told us he made it a point to look at peoples car keys to judge them. This is a beautiful place dont get me wrong at all HOWEVER it cost us $18,000 for our wedding of less than 100 people. From the very begining Max lied and told us things that we wanted to hear to sign a contract, once the contract was signed all those things that he assured us of grew price tags.On our wedding day while my wife was in her bridal suite, with her bridesmaids and mothers and such my wife and the other women were very uncomfortable after Max thoght it was necessary to enter several times while they were getting ready for our day. "It was just really wierd" is all I heard from the women after this ahppened.We were rushed out of rehersal and rushed out of the chapel while taking pictures ( our pictures came out horrible and none of our family had time to be included in these pictures,althogh Max found it necessary to jump in our pictures ) then as we are sitting at our head table during the rehersal ( mind you this is in front of 100 people ) Max came to the table and asked me for over 600 dollars for so called extra people that showed up. My mother had actually retrieved all the place cards that were not picked up and made sure those people were not there. I had paid for 11 people more than what had actually showed up. After explaining this to Max he stated that that wasn't how it worked and I must pay for these invisible people IN CASH right then in front of my whole wedding. When I told Max I refused and would love to speak with his superior he then told me keep it, that it was a wedding gift from him. Some nerve right? After that, dinner was served we didnt really get to eat as we were talking and thanking our guests, by the time we got back to our seats our food was gone! We did not even take a bite yet! After talking to 3 different banquet servers in which none of them spoke english or spanish I was directed to the lady who sweeps to translate that someone took our food. Half of the party did not get the choclate covered strawberrys we paid for and they picked and chose who they wanted to give seconds to. Some people never even got their food!!! My wife wanted a fairy tale wedding, she ahd always dreamed about it. That was why I picked The Signature Grand but after it was all said and done we both wish we had looked around, done some research and checked reviews before being so miserably let down. They actually wanted me to do a survey on how they did. What a joke! With all that money they charge they should be able to hire a CLEAN staff that can understand a little bit of english. I wish his boss would call me and ask me to do a survey! Good luck and dont make the same mistake I did, READ REVIEWS!!!
