I went to Tire Kingdom for a standard oil change. They broke my oil pan, and told me it was 'basic wear-n-tear', I called my dealership and they told me otherwise. They told me they were going to fix it, and they did not... Finally after 4 times of them ‘fixing’ the problem they replaced my oil pan. The next day my oil was still leaking... terrible mechanics, horrible customer service... after I my problems with this tire kingdom, I found out that my in-laws had problems with them too!! They also went there for an oil change, and they did not put the oil filter in properly, and all of the oil spilt out onto the street!!!

They may have good deals sometimes, but it is NOT worth it!! I still have 3 free oil changes, and I’d rather pay than go back to them!!!
