As mentioned in prior complaints to the BBB this company is condescending and rude to customers and costs them money. On Aug 26 '14 I emailed this company about my needing a new windshield for my boat. I politely asked for info and price. What followed over the next several weeks can only be described as a complete nightmare. After days had passed with no response from them I tried calling multiple times and always got answering machine. I sent another follow up email and got this response.."Hi Daniel you will get a return call in the order it was received." I emailed explaining I was a pilot and would be difficult to catch on ground and got this response.."She cannot talk to multiple people at the same time." After multiple attempts to reach them again I sent this email..John I gave up trying to reach you by phone after multiple attempts this morning and filled out the online order form. Along with the pictures I sent you should have everything you need to process my order now. Thank you in advance for prompt service. In response I received a lengthy email detailing how they wanted things done in no uncertain terms. This email included a diagram with some measurements that did not match mine and I emailed asking about it. The response I received was.."Hi Daniel, unfortunately we do not do verifications here. If I tell you it is the same and it turns out not to be we are out a lot of money and time and is a rick we are not willing to take ourselves. That is why it is up to the customer to verify as you have the shield and if you are not comfortable with that you should send the old one." Therefore I sent my windshield to them AT MY EXPENSE on Sep 8th after several more back and forth emails wherein it was like pulling teeth to get a response let alone an answer. On Sep 14th I emailed asking had they received it. Finally on the 17th I received this.."We received it. It matches the 1997 202. To proceed please call in a form of payment at 954-476-1194 and let Amanda know we have the shield"...I called in and luckily got Amanda immediately and gave her my credit card for payment THAT DAY. On the 27th I emailed requesting the status and got this..."Fabrication is a minimum of 6 weeks from the time we received it as mentioned in the quote. Have you called in your form of payment yet?"...At this point I am getting quite frustrated with these people and emailed and asked if the right hand did not know what left was doing as I had PAID THEM the day they asked. In response this is what i received... "Sir, you are a highly confused and a contentious person. I told you for the first time on Sept 17th to call in a form of payment not weeks ago as you state. We do not have any record of ever getting this from you. Your demeanor is not welcome here and you have refused to read what I told you from the beginning making me to have to repeat my self over and over again. Now you are at it again. I have hundreds of civil customers that need my help and do not resort to gutter dialog, and all you have done is great divisiveness. I am packing up your shield and sending back to you due to your childish behavior." WOW! So now not only am I out all of this time and effort but also out the expense of sending my windshield to them? That is unacceptable! What is worse is they are the only company who is making replacement windshields for my boat and they know it so they feel they couldn't care less about you or customer service. Avoid this company like a plague!!!!!!!!!

I agree with both comments below! Their order taker, Amanda, is impossible to work with and with her condescending, poor attitude, comes accross like she is doing everyone a big favor and is being inconvenienced. I took issue with her attitude and a key mistake she made with my name that resulted in a rejection of my credit card, and a delay of 4 days before I emaild John and he got her to call me!. She didn't like it and had my order cancelled! I never used any profanity and did not even raise my voice. The whole company seems steeped in egos. Look for their competitors.

The last reviewer is dead on. They are very rude. They spent more time telling me what I did wrong to cause problems. I didn't have a problem really with timeframes but when you ask them anything they get defensive and will not address the real issue. The real issue is they treat customers like crap. Not worth doing business with them. Too many other places I have contacted now that truly want to earn your business. I have no idea where they got their testimonials. I am sure the owner will try to defend what I am saying but don't believe it. In fact, call them yourself and talk to the lady who answers the phone and you will get a great example of their customer service and arrogance. I have the emails if you need proof.



I am saving their emails to use in my company as an example of exactly what NOT to do and how NOT to treat customers.

This customer has misrepresented my company. All customers are told up front that our schedule is an estimated time frame and not to be taken as a fixed date. This is custom work and is highly specialized. If he did not agree to that he should not have placed and order with us and try and change the terms later on. He was arrogant, and disrespectfull to the point that we had to tell him not to call back. No one should have to except that kind of abuse. Of course this kind of person will tell his slanted view for the purpose of maligning someone. We have thousands of satisfied customers. You can see the long list of testimonials on our web site.
