love this urgent care. fast kind and very efficient staff. went in for dot physical was in and out in 30 minutes. does get busy though

very kind doctors and staff. was able to be seen in under 20 minutes! will be coming back! best experience at an urgent care i have ever had

Worst care ever!! When you think about bad, think again..this is worse than anything I have ever experienced. No professionalism at all, receptionist is very rude and uninformed. They tell you a waiting time and an hour later is still same waiting time..I was like: Is this for real? Went in for a simple CDL recertification and after 3 hours of waiting and unapologetic: still have to wait" I decided I get the heck out. I can't stress this enough: Do not go there, Do not give them your business..a bunch of incompetent and rude people that shouldn't even be allowed to work in the medical business..wonder how many inconsistencies we could find there if inspectors show up!!

Went in for a bad flu and the staff and doctor were great! Wait time was very quick and the price was what I was told on the phone. Would def go back, thanks.

Had a bad sore throat and getting very stuffy. Went in UrgentMed and was assigned to Jason. Told home my symptoms (I am 55 years old, and explained I was non symptomatic, and that my girl friend who is a teacher, gave me the bug, but that she was fine after starting just 1 day of antibiotics). After an exam, I was prescribed an antihistamine and Ibuprofen. I told Jason that based upon my 55 years as a ptient, that this was a aterial infection, but he insisted it was viral. After missing two days of work, I calld back and after being symptomatic, they still refused to prescribe an antibiotic, even though I am coughing up green flem and have fever. They discount ALL input from the patient. Do not waste your time with Jason (an arrogant young PA), or the chain themselves. BOTH WORTHLESS.

They are absolutely incompetent and the receptionist is rude. I went in hoping they could help me with built up blood and pressure underneath an injured fingernail. The receptionist checks in with the "doctor" and says that he invites me to go to the ER because putting a small hole in my nail is considered surgery even though the website states that they can do small surgeries and wound care. Although this is the common procedure for this type of injury, the receptionist rudely said I cannot decide what the doctor will do.

I had the exact same result as the guy below, except I wasn't even seen by a doctor. I waited for two hours AFTER the nurse brought me back to a room. They clearly forgot I was even there, so I walked out. Only to be charged (which I never got a bill for - and now it's in collections!!!!!!)

What a scam! Went with a bad flu and they performed every test in the book, EKG, bloodwork, etc. I just thought, wow, they are being thorough. Follow up a week later (which is unusual for an Urgent Care) and they just told me I needed to loose weight. I paid and my insurance paid, then almost two years later they are sending collection agencies for charges they never even told me about. This is heathcare fraud at it's finest!! BEWARE!!!!

They are very professional and caring. This is a walk in clinic and therefore, you will have to wait your turn in line. To avoid this, just call them for an appointment even if it's the same day. You will get in sooner and the wait time is small. I would highly recommend them.
