Bad costumer service , the store manager DANIEL was very very rude... I was ready to take a video how of how bad he yelled at me in front of my 1 year old daughter just because he said I came in at 5:40 and it was almost time for him to go have a family dinner like I knew him..anyways he was so rude that I wish that the store owner would check the video camera and check his attitude. The reason I came in was because I bought my phone 2 weeks ago and it came with manufacturer damage , and I had already tried to change it 8 days before but another sales rep told me they didn't have the cell phone and to come back any time of the week , (the last day to make a change was yesterday Saturday 12/23) and it wasn't my intention to make it there 20 minutes before the closing time because on the website it said the store hours for Christmas Eve were from 9 am to 9 pm so I don't know why he's was acting very rude with me to the point that he made me cry and said to me "yes feel bad I want you to feel bad because I have a dinner and now I'm going to be late because you !!!! "My daughter too was upset and started crying with me , but I told him I was going to take a video so he left right away , and he made another sales rep finish my transaction , I just wanted to say it wasn't nice I was very sensitive because I was in the hospital with my special need daughter for one week and that Saturday was the only day I could go to the store to switch a damaged manufacturer phone , and I explained to him please don't get mad with me if you guys need to close make a note on the system that way I can come back Monday but unfortunately it was my last day to make the switch.,,, I don't recommend that place just because they have a nasty manager and can't handle his job like a professional , thank you and hopefully he can change his attitude or change job.
