DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! The management and maintenance is awful. I have complained numerous times about things not working properly in my apartment and every time someone comes out to "fix it" I have the same reoccurring issues. This place is very over-priced. Not happy here. Appliances are old and do not work well. A/C is old and do not function properly from day one. The only one person who works in the office is far from capable of running this community alone. Takes a long time for problems to get fixed. The recreation facilities are not what they seem: The pool is always filthy;
