People at this bike shop need to take a course in customer service. I tried to purchase a bike from this shop and they not only lost my original order, but then accused me of lying about placing the order. They were condescending and rude--never have I received such offensive and terrible customer service. The bike shop was close to completely ruining my child's birthday wish--to finally own a bike. Thankfully I found a bike shop that actually "allowed" me to purchase a bike better than the one I originally selected. I would advise customers to steer clear of this awful place.
