The location isn't bad; the other folks who live there haven't bothered me. But the ownership has changed 4 times in the past 16 months, each just a little less reasonable than the previous one.



They closed the laundry room except when they were in the office, during "office hours." I guess that's okay for folks who don't work, but since I normally did my laundry in the late evening, that meant for the past 3 months I have had to hire someone else to do it for me.



They really try to get you to do their "on line" bill routine, but paying on-line comes with a surcharge -- around 4%. For an $1,000 monthly bill, that means using their "on line" routine will cost you an extra $40. No thanks.



Really, for "normal life," where there are no issues to deal with, they are okay. Not the cheapest; not the best; not the most responsive -- but okay. When problems happen, they seem incapable and/or unwilling to resolve them.



Trying to call the corporate office doesn't help. They never answered the phone, and I got the "voice mail not set up" error when I tried. Plus, communications FROM the corporate office seems to have come from a legal firm who was not willing to answer questions (when I finally got someone to actually talk to me).



So if you are desperate, give them a try; if you have another option, try that first.
