I provide counseling and therapy services for children, teens/adolescents, parents, couples and families in Davis, California. 

I have repeatedly observed the power of the therapeutic process in improving feelings of self-worth, enriching the quality of one's relationships, and increasing overall life satisfaction. I deeply respect the therapeutic process and the effort that it takes to show up, participate and make healthy changes. 

My clinical training and work experience enables me to help clients isolate core emotional concerns, develop treatment goals, and implement appropriate therapeutic strategies to develop healthier perspectives and coping strategies. I derive great satisfaction from helping clients to identify their unique strengths, while also, assisting them in finding relief from personal obstacles.

I adjust my therapeutic approach to fit my client's unique personality, resources, and concerns. My overriding goals include client safety, long lasting positive change, and greater life satisfaction. 

I specialize in: Relational difficulties, grief and trauma, adjustment challenges, anxiety and depression, adolescent treatment, and premarital and couples counseling.
