I boarded my dog at this kennel. During his stay I inquired about how he was doing. I was told he was a little depressed maybe from missing me, but he was eating good and doing fine. When I went to get him, he looked bad. I noticed when I lifted him into the cab of my truck that he was in serious trouble. I immediately headed for my vets office.

He was suffering from extreme dehydration, heart problems, difficulty breathing. He had lost over 5 lbs and had a serious infection, My vet was extremely upset, saying there is no way they could have not noticed. She informed me it had been impossible for him to eat for at least the last couple days. He was so dehydrated that there were deep gouges across his tongue, I'm not saying they caused the problem, what upset me is I had left 3 different contact numbers and they never attempted to call till they knew I was already on my way in to get him. The vet had him on fluids and oxygen immediately. He was on antibiotics and heart meds for 3 weeks till he got a clean bill of health. I was told if I had even went later that day to get him, it would have probably been to late. They also kept the boarding fee for a service that was not done to my expectations.

Telah and her husband are the loveliest people, K9 Junction is so great and welcoming to our four legged family member Hugo. They also do the best job with his nails and bath. Hugo loves to go there! We boarded Hugo for 5 days and he didn't have any problems and we always feel welcome to call or ask questions. This is an awesome experience for all family members. You will be glad you chose K9 Junction!
