In my opinion, Caribou Building Group deserves a 5 star rating for the major repair work done on our deck and deck stairs. Not only is John is very reliable and honest, he does quality work. We are so pleased with our almost new deck and highly recommend this company.

John Schneider - Caribou building Group is a very reliable and an expert in "diagnosing" and fixing the problem. I have used John on two large jobs. He stayed with the job until the very end and was always polite, helpful and very professional in his work. I am extremely pleased with the work and would recommend his service to anyone that wants a beautiful finished product.

I highly recommend Caribou and John Schneider. We discovered a basement full of water at about 7 pm on a Thursday, John was at the house by 9:30 pm to assess the damage and stop the leaking, and he started the retraction and restoration project the next day. He helped guide us through the insurance claim process, and did not consider the job complete until we were completely satisfied. John is professional and friendly, and follows-up thoroughly on everything. We will use him again if the need arises

We greatly appreciated the friendly service John provided. He was very personable, and called or stopped by to check in even on days between projects, when no work was being done. He kept at the work through all the challenges of our renovation. We were pleased with his flexibility, as our schedules constantly changed. We are very happy with the finished product and would recommend Caribou Building Group to anyone.

Have worked with Caribou Bldg. Group twice now and each time have been very pleased. John of Caribou is extremely competent, professional, and does what he says he will do. We were out of state while the work was being done and were kept informed of the work progress by photos and videos from John's Ipad. We highly recommend Caribou for any restoration or repair work as the work is done on time, within budget, and the quality is excellent.

We used Caribou on two different occasions - a basement issue (leaky walls which caused a minor flood), and a roof issue (leaks and ice dams). John from Caribou was great. Not only was John courteous and professional, he laid out a few options for me to consider, explained the 'pros' and 'cons' of each and helped guide me to the best decision. Once the decision was made, his work was completed quickly with a high degree of quality. The price was right too! I have worked with quite a few contractors in the past, and if the job can be done by John, I only use Caribou. Highly recommend the company!
