I have been going to Allure for almost 2 years and have given up hoping the owner, Natasha would pay attention to my hair and what I am looking for. She is young but too busy paying attention to everyone else. I have told her over and over and over how I have always liked my hair and she has never listened. She is very nice but tends to ignore you. My first experience there should have deterred me but I believe in giving people the benefit of the doubt. Natasha is always late and the first time there she was busy and had another girl spray down my hair. The girl started spraying and I kept smelling something funny...she sprayed my hair with rubbing alcohol! She then had to wash it out, which took even more time. The last time I went there Natasha was eating popcorn, picked a kernel out of her teeth with her fingers and continued to use her fingers in my hair. I won't ever go back. Two years is long enough.
