At first glance the apartment complex looks charming, but if your looking for a home you may want to keep looking.

You can hardly hear your neighbors next door, but if you are in the same room as your upstairs/downstairs neighbor you can hear the conversations pretty clearly. You can sing along with the music they are playing, and you know what they like to watch on TV.

It exterior is starting to look run down. I'm not even going to start with the parking lots, but they only put eaves toughs over the sidewalks from the building to the parking which means there is a lot of washout, The walkways that are along the front of the building are getting further from the ground,

They have been doing a lot of upgrading to the apartments (so they can charge more rent), but the money should have gone to help the structural issues rather than making the apartments "pretty".
