I love Vgs . you get what you pay for. everybody has different taste. the deli makes a lot of salads. some good and some not to my taste but everyone is very nice and it is sooo clean. Kroger is filthy and the meats are awful!!! Vg is the store for me.

Really? I love vg's deli. It where I go instead of fast food, and I really like it. The store itself can be overpriced at times though. But that's about it.

Their deli and bakery selection are awful. The deli sandwiches and pot pies (which I USED TO love) are very inconsistent. The sandwiches are often missing one or more meats, cheeses, or greens. The pot pies have burnt, gristly chicken and have either too runny or too gooey filling. The bakery products look unprofessional including overcooked products and blotchy icings. The selection in the store is limited to just a few product brands (usually spartan). I'm shopping at Kroger now.
