We have used Dawson Cleaners since moving to Dawsonville in 2017. We spend approximately $150-$200 per year; not the best customer but certainly a respectable amount for dry cleaning services. We had three comforters cleaned in the fall of 2020. The third comforter was returned with the color totally faded, the surface pilled and it was too small for the bed. The shams came back fine, however, the comforter now needs to be replaced. The owner was not willing to refund the cleaning fee much less replace the comforter. So much for being a loyal customer for 3 years. If you want your things ruined, then use Dawson cleaners.
