I spoke with Melanie at Destiny Mortgage several times. She was extremely knowledgable (and patient), and answered every question I had. She offered suggestions for me to save money in other ways than just with my house payment. In the end I was able to save $320 per month by refinancing to alower rate and I saved another $32 per month by lowering my home insurance, at her suggestion. My sister is now working with her to buy her first house. I wont hesitate to refer friends & family to Melanie. It is nice to know their are still honest decent people in the world.
