I never leave reviews but with all the negative reviews on here I had to say something. My family has used Harris family dentistry for years. My husband has an overactive gag reflex and they are very patient with him when he goes. They worked with me to fix my first cavity without anesthesia because I didn't want it. They have never duplicated bills, overcharged, or charged us a late fee. I'm shocked that anyone could have a negative experience here.

Very disappointed. As a long time patient both doctors refused to stand behind their work. Dr Wendy replaced two teeth and had to match to other teeth. Several years later the teeth turned yellow. They refused to do anything about it and actually blamed me for the color change. I was scheduled to show Dr Wendy and she refused to see me saying she was too busy. Shamefully unprofessional.

Sad experience with "Bait-and-switch" like agreement for billing our TWO INSURANCE Companies for ALL work, then Duplicating work w/o Pre-Auth and dun us for it anyway. Also did NOT give permission to use Social Security Number for anything but Medical Record Keeping & they shared with Collection Agents & negatively reported to Credit Bureaus this unacceptable charge. They laugh & scoff, saying we agreed to pay ANYTHING they charge, which we clearly did not! Use them IF you like to write 'Blank Checks'!

Not what I expected. They don't explain the procedures they're performing on you, or what to expect. If I had known at the beginning of the process what all might be involved, I could've gone a different route that would've been less expensive.

Their billing is questionable, charging 2 late fees for services not yet performed. A charge was added back to the bill that was supposed to have been given to me. The dentists are negative in attitude and demeanor. The checkout process is like adding insult to injury after hours in the dentist's chair.

On the bright side, their facility is clean, decorated, and landscaped. The equipment appears to be high end and very modern -- not what you'd find in a basic practice. Despite their issues, they do know what they're doing, but you have to put up with a lot.
