My first call to Kennedy International, Inc. was unchartered territory. When I called, I entered a phone tree with several options. I entered zero (0) for the operator. That's when the fun began. The person who answered sounded a gazillion miles away and with one foot in the grave. Having a very faint voice and no enthusiasm at all seems to me not a very positive/favorable way to represent or be introduced to a company.
