Absolutely atrocious service. I made an appointment two weeks in advance to have my hair braided. When I arrived at the scheduled time the shop was completely closed. I called Jessica and asked what was going on and she tried to convince me that my appointment was at 1PM not Noon. This is a complete falsehood. She did not arrive until 12:53PM at which point she was apparently having lunch and when I finally came by at 1:30PM (because she never actually notified me that she had arrived in the shop so I was waiting in a nearby business for her text) she had someone else in the chair! As she was braiding my hair she still maintained the lie that my appointment was at 1PM. Just ridiculous…totally not worth the time or money.
