Faced with uncertainty from a terrible experience from a different HVAC company Americool came to my house the within 24 hours even with being outside their service area.

Extremely polite, professional and informative. Explain the full scope of all heating and cooler issues, future concerns and how the system works as a whole. They checked the previous HVAC technician's work in full detail and transparency.

I highly recommend to anyone looking for professional informative service in the time of need to give them a call.

Horrible Experience! They came once and told me they fixed the issue and didn't. I called them back, they told they would order the correct part and come back in a few days and never did. It's been a month now and I'm down $100 and my AC still hasn't been fixed. Had to call another HVAC company out.

I was referred to this company from my home warrenty company when my AC went out during a heat wave. All of my calls went to voicemail and no one ever returned my phone calls. My home warrenty company advised me that the appointment was set. They never showed, they never answered the phone. They will never get my business. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
