I wish I read these reviews before I came here my home is infested with roaches because of these people, They dont refund any money or fix their junk. RUN RUN RUN. why are these smart scammer still in business. and the BBB does not do anything to help consumers

I purchased a dryer for $175 from them for girlfriend and i. I paid $90 for a U-haul truck and dolly. I got it home to her apartment in Centerville,Oh and before i could get it down the basement a cock roach emerged from inside the dryer!

Very great business and very nice people running the place.I always get great stuff for good prices!I wouldn't go anywhere else!!!

The lady who runs this store is very shady. We bought a window air conditioner on Saturday it worked for 2 hrs and stopped. We paid $100 for it. We called her on Monday and asked if we could return it because it didn't work. She said we could bring it back but she would only give us $50 back on it from the $100 that we paid. We took it back Monday and got half of what we paid for it in the 2 days that we had it. Do not shop here this lady will scam you!!!

This place is a rip-off. I purchased a washer and dryer from them, and paid to have them delivered. The very first time I used the washer, it leaked a considerable amount of water from somewhere under the machine. The first time I used the dryer, it made a loud squeak noise which I have been told is a sign of worn-out ball bearings. I went back to the store to ask to return the machines and for a refund, I was told that they have a repair/exchange/store-credit only policy. Essentially, they sold me a broken set of appliances and now refuse to take them back. This policy was never mentioned when I purchased the machines. I never signed or initialed any agreement to such a policy. The policy is on a slip of paper that they staple to the back of your receipt AFTER they have already charged your credit card. This is an incredibly dishonest way of doing business, and I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau, as well as the Montgomery County Prosecuting Attorney's Office.

I would not suggest this store to my worst enemy. They do NOT stand by their promise to repair the appliances that they sell. Furthermore, their delivery people are rude and dirty. When I tried to take them to small claims court, they refused to accept the registered letter that was needed so that proceedings could move forward. It is my opinion that these people are nothing more than trash-pickers who clean up what they find and sell it to unsuspecting victims such as myself.
