I have had a terrible experience with this company. I place an order over the Internet and after 10 days I called to see about the order and was told they didn't have in stock what I ordered but would get it if I still wanted it and that my credit card was not charged and that I should have got an email stating The stuff was out of stock which I did not. I ordered 15 different things so can they be out of everything. The total bill was 84.00 so maybe it wasn't worth their time. When my credit card bill came they had charged me on the day I replaced the order and I called again and was told someone would call back and no one did. I called again was told they could not send my order and would refund my money. This has been over a month ago and I still need my stuff. Do not order anything from this company.

The staff was very courteous and professional. The value of the gold items I sold was fair and more than some jewelry stores in Centerville. They have some wonderful gift items and older jewelry too.

A bunch of crooks, this business is dishonest an is out to rip-off customers.. Paid for a item and I never got it... Should have looked at their ebay profile before buying directly from them.. Horrible negatives reviews on their ebay page but I found it only after I had a problem with them and began doing google searches on this business.. Beware they are all crooks and is only out to rip-off new buyers.
