Went to shop for a last minute prom dress and we were in and out in an hour with the perfect dress for my daughter. The employees were very courteous and professional.

We ordered a dress that was GUARANTEED to be there within 2 weeks for a pageant we had 5 weeks away. They gave us a call the day before it was to be in and said that it was going to take at least another week to 2 weeks. IF it came back within the extra two weeks it would leave us less than a week to get it altered and get pictures done in it. She offered to let us pick another dress since the one we chose originally that was on the rack had several beading missing and broken, and we found one which ended up being cheaper but refused to give us the money back for the difference. The owner was rude and said it was because the dress being shipped SHOULD still get there before the pageant, even though it was 2 weeks past the original promised date. She would not even acknowledge the fact we would need it in time for it to be altered and the required photos done. The difference was over $180!
