Be very careful with these people. They will make you think that you have to sign their paperwork before you can see your loved one. You do NOT have to do that. My sister was a patient here about 2 years ago. I did not sign a financial responsibility paper. Her insurance ran out during her stay and they knew it. They did not tell her despite her asking them many times. She was only there for rehab and not an elderly person. "We will let you know if your insurance runs out". Once released, she got a call from them wanting $33,000. Then they tried to come after me for it. I asked them to send me the paperwork that I signed accepting responsibility for her bills.....they have yet to do that. They are continuing to threaten both of us for $$$$. I just don't pay other people's bills for them. Really dirty operation they are running there.
