The male manager of this salon is very rude, talks loud and hollers. He is a bully. The BEST Technician is Helen --- I truly love her skills and expertise BUT I REFUSE to continue patronizing this shop. Upon my last attempt to visit, he was hollering that my appt was at twelve instead of two. I never spoke with him when I made the appt BUT he was hollering in the background the entire time I was speaking with the female on the phone, probably his wife. Most times he answers the phone. Once when I and my friend were about 5 minutes late, upon entering the salon, he shouted 'You're LATE"! in front of the other customers but on many occasions He has given me an appointment and He and staff stroll in late to which I have never commented before this feedback today. The primary reason is because I really appreciated the fine work that Helen always delivers. Upon calling to make an appointment, He yells out the time, doesn't take your name, but instead says, "I know you". Rude, rude. As a result, I once arrived for an appointment and was advised that Helen was off and not working, hence no one called to advise me I guess because He doesn't take your name or phone number. I finally have had it with His lack of tact and rudeness and will not pay money & tip to be treated this way. I also observed that he didn't seem to treat others that way? If you should go, ask for Helen. She is the BEST. I will miss her.
