My entire back part of my house was flooded because of a gutter/roof issue,
and my insurance company didn't offer me a water extraction company to
extract the water out of my walls and floors. I had just used a mop and a
fan and cleaned it up myself after it happened. Not knowing I should had
been offered this service after expressing concern, and 4 months later I
noticed a mildew smell that kept getting worse, almost overpowering in my
house. So I called Dragon Restoration not expecting to get anyone but an
answering machine and I got a live person that was very professional over
the phone. This was the only company in the Dayton area I could find online
that offered free service calls. I was amazed at how prompt they were. They
made sure to get every last bit of mold out of my house. I'd recommend them
to anyone needing a water extraction or drying out service. Having a water damage can be Very stressful, however knowing you have hired a company that truly cares about your home really makes all the difference.

The Company Dragon Restoration was called for service at our home. They did a wonderful job & we enjoyed having such nice people in our home.

Sewage came up out of a drain that flooded our floors. The crew cleaned up the sewage magnificently & treated the floors for bacteria.

My husband & I appreciated all of the help they could share with us because this was our first claim.

We were paid for everything the day the Insurance Company came out to see our unexpected situation.

The adjuster told us we couldn't have chosen a more competent company to do the work. We knew & felt that 100% from the start of our job.

When spending thousands of dollars on this type of service I would expect someone to be checking on progress and move equipment as needed daily. It was 3 days after the extraction before anyone came to check on anything. Corinne seemed more interested in being able to file a claim with insurance. Unfortunately just not an overall good experience at all. I would not recommend.

I was overwhelmed by the water damage in our basement. A friend recommended you and you came right out away and went to work. I was impressed by your professionalism and your equipment. Not only did you work so hard cleaning up my basement, you reassured me that everything was going to be fine. I would recommend you to anyone with water problems.

I had a kitchen disaster with a pipe in the wall bursting and major flooding. The plumber recommended Dragon to do the clean up and I will be forever grateful to him. They were fast, efficient, knowledgeable and very friendly. Corinne was an absolute Godsend in helping me deal with the insurance company - I don't know what I would have done without her. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dragon. If you want the job done well and done right, call them.
