Bought an expensive chair (Broyhill) and four months later the cushions are falling apart. Elder Beerman sent a rep out to access and ordered new back filling which was delivered but left up to me to replace the old. When I saw what I pulled out of the back pillow I now know why it had depleted so fast. EB was no help whatsoever, nasty representation and no response unless we called them to see what was going on. I will address my problem directly with Broyhill. If you expect service in the furniture area forget it, it won't happen. I've bought other products with no problem so it's not as if I'm a first time customer, however the last time customer because of the poor customer service.

Clean, organized department store. Great sales throughout the year.
