Have gone to this spa since they opened 13 years ago. Always clean and professional service. Kelly and her staff are friendly and try their very best to make every customer 😊.

Had a gift certificate and what a disappointment. Was at my regular nail tech at Solar Nails to get a polish change 24 hours later. I wanted to give Elite a chance since many of my friends go there but they are off my list.

I just sent them a lengthy letter. We'll see if they reply and do something about the poor service I received on my first visit. Disinterested technicians, young girls that are not technicians prepping customers, poor nail color application, no top coating, no offer to sit under the dryers, no neck/shoulder massage. Yeah, NOT some place I will be returning to. They won't be in business long if it keeps up like this.

The work is just not well done and complete. Twice my nails were poorly shaped and the finish was rough instead of smooth. Their prices are way too high for beginners.
