Provided by YP.comWell, I am not a member; however, I have visited and attended quite a few times. While it may not be very culturally diverse, I found the leader of the house to be "extremely" genuine, warm, and approachable. I have had the opportunity to cross paths with him and his wife several times, in particularly because I have an African American relative who attends and sings in the choir. She has attended for years; however, her 'testimony regarding the love shown her has never wavered. This pastor has always greeted me and my husband with kindness, and the words that he ministered every time I have attended has always been bible-based and impacting. I would love to hear and be able to note that the congregation is more diverse; however, I don't believe for a minute that it is because leadership has set the tone for lack of diversity. My cousin is not wealthy, and she is black; yet, the Pastor's wife came to her home and ate lunch off her table with her. These people are not arrogant or untouchable, at least that has not been my experience. I experienced the kind of humbleness in “these two” that I have not experienced before amongst “alleged leadership.” So, I strongly recommend this church. Besides, my husband is disabled, and "yes" I am an African American; and please note, that he was always escorted out the door, door held open for him, and treated with the kind of dignity and respect that I haven't witnessed anywhere else. I don't attend Fairhaven, but I strongly recommend it to anyone seeking a genuine leader, and leaders who not only preach Christ, but also display Him. The sheep can be no more genuine than the leader they serve. I personally am so tired of church leaders who don't display the love of Christ in their actions, "meaning" the way "they approach and treat "all" people. I think this pastor gets it!
God bless!

Provided by YP.comThey dumped there Saturday Night Service, which enabled people that have to work Sunday mornings to go to church. They cater to wealthier folks. It is not a come as you are atmosphere; it is a come with your money atmosphere. Certain leaders at Fairhaven are condescending towards divorcees, single parents, and older singles. Even though it is a big church, it does not offer diversity. Very disappointed! Do not recommend.
