I visited the restaurant about a month ago. I was seated promptly and enjoyed a really fine meal. I also have to speak about the waitress, she was very friendly, very courteous, very attentive and did an amazing job. Her name was Alayna and I was impressed with her service. I highly recommend Fricker’s and I appreciated the service of Alayna as my waitress. Pamela

After waiting for half an hour, which to me on a Monday is a bit excessive, my mother's food was cold. She ate 1/4 of it and told me towards the end that her boneless wings tasted like they had been in the fridge. She was just diagnosed with cancer and did not want to make a fuss. I alerted the waitress who apologized but did nothing to rectify the situation. I called the manager later and he said he was sorry & wished there was something he could do. I was not impressed with that answer and noticed from a review I read about the Miamisburg-Centerville Road location, they do not handle complaints well, either. I think this company needs to take a good long look at their policies and procedures, because it will be a long time before I ever go back again. I wonder how many other people are getting cold food and bad service?
